APPLICABILITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by HUA SENG TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED referred to as ESIMOO hereafter, in relation to the resale of prepaid eSIMs.


These Terms and Conditions can be accessed on the website https://www.esimoo.com

Esimoo may consider alternative clauses only with explicit written agreement.

 

SERVICE DESCRIPTION


1.1. RESALE OF eSIMs

Esimoo engages in the resale of prepaid eSIMs.

Customers can register and purchase their SIM cards on the website https://www.esimoo.com. Payments are processed through Stripe (https://stripe.com)

1.2. REGISTRATION FOR ESIMOO SERVICES

To use Esimoo services, customers must accept the General Terms and Conditions. Customers provide information such as First Name, Last Name, Address (billing address), and Email address either directly or through intermediaries like hotels or travel agencies, using the web browser at https://www.esimoo.com.

1.3. ESIMOO COMMITMENTS

Esimoo strives to deliver quality service to customers. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or fault-free service.

1.4. CUSTOMER COMMITMENTS

While using Esimoo's Equipment or Services, customers must refrain from engaging in abusive, illegal, or fraudulent actions, or actions that impair or damage the network.

In case of a breach under Sec. 2.4, Esimoo may suspend the Customer's service, with the Customer continuing to pay all charges during the suspension.

1.5. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for ensuring their devices are eSIM compatible and network-unlocked. Device compatibility varies by carrier and country of origin, and customers should check the eSIM-compatible device list at the checkout.

By confirming their device's eSIM compatibility, customers take responsibility for the accuracy of the provided information.

The eSIM compatibility list may not be exhaustive, and newly announced eSIM-compatible devices may need to be added.

COMMENCEMENT, DURATION, AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
The service contract between Esimoo and the Customer commences upon order completion at https://www.esimoo.com.

The Customer is responsible for eSIM activation and acknowledging the Activation Policy.

The contract terminates if the Customer lacks an active data package or deletes the eSIM from the target device.



CHARGES AND PAYMENTS

2.1. PAYMENT TERMS


Accepted payment methods for Esimoo services include Credit/Debit Card, and Apple Pay.

Payments are in US Dollars ($).

Credit card transactions are processed securely by Esimoo's providers Stripe (https://stripe.com)

2.2. USAGE CHARGES

2.2.1. Esimoo specifies that all charges include VAT unless stated otherwise.

2.2.2. The Customer cannot offset their claims against Esimoo's claims, except for undisputed claims or those confirmed by a final court judgment.


DELIVERY

Customers can view purchased eSIMs. An Email will be sent to the customers after purchasing, with eSIM and installation details.



REFUND / CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY

Customers have the right to request a refund or eSIM replacement if technical issues prevent eSIM installation and usage.


4.1 Governing Law and Legal Compliance

This Agreement, along with any non-contractual obligations arising from or related to it, shall be subject to the laws of the State of California, USA, and any disputes shall be adjudicated in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Your use of the Services may also be subject to other mandatory rules, regulations, and laws of different states or countries.

In order to adhere to legal and regulatory obligations, we may need to collect specific personal information from you. If we request such information for legal or regulatory compliance purposes, you agree to provide us with accurate and truthful information. The utilization of your personal information is governed by the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy (refer to the section below).
